MRSM is committed to providing the highest standards of quality, not only in sheet metal fabrication, but also in BIM Coordination Modelling. MRSM strives to facilitate and expedite coordination by employing the most current technology available (Fabrication CAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, Fabrication Revit MEP). We are committed to cooperation with all project stakeholders to assure no lapses in the building design, there are no overlapping of components between Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines to ensure onsite ductwork installation is seamless and nonintrusive.
MRSM Knock & Section service gives our customers piece of mind. Whether we draw your submittal drawings, or you provide us with drawings, parts list or BIM (building information modeling) information, we'll we take it from there. MRSM's experienced project management team will get busy fabricating and then assembling the ductwork in our shop. Our team will work closely with your project managers and field supervisors on scope and scheduling on deliveries. Our customers realize reduction in installation time, and labor costs saving. The only limitation we have to Knock & Section is what will fit on trucks to be transported safely.

MRSM has the capacity to basket or cart orders for the ease of part transportation and installation on your jobsite.
These baskets or carts can be loaded and labeled by location whether that is an area, level, or room. Each basket is carefully labelled according to your instructions and drawings. MRSM's customers have found that it vastly simplifies material transportation on their jobsites saving them time and labor cost.
- Assembly - MRSM will work with your field supervision to correctly assemble on-site your MRSM-manufactured ductwork. Assembly work can be performed days, nights, weekends, and/or during shutdowns to help minimize construction delays and reduce field costs.
- Welding - We can bring our equipment on site to get the job done for you.
- Pressure Testing - MRSM will rent you the diagnostic tools needed to measure the airtightness of forced air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) ductwork.
With our team of experienced welders, and in-house welding stations and mobile capabilities, MRSM has all of the fixtures needed to quickly turn around your welding needs.
